Jonathan is responsible for every licensee at the brokerage and he personally interviews every applicant. If you have something on your record, a complicated license situation, or you are weighing referral against active status, he is the right person for that conversation.
Carl runs the company and built the referral program. Questions about plans, billing, the agent network or how the technology works come to him.
We are a small brokerage on purpose. When you call, you get one of us, not a queue.
Applying does not commit you to anything. Nothing is filed with the DRE until you have been approved, signed, and chosen a plan.
Renewal and continuing education are between you and the Department of Real Estate no matter which broker you hang with. If your license has already expired, renew it first. We will happily tell you where you stand, but we cannot renew it for you.
Your taxpayer ID is collected on the W-9 inside the secure signing envelope. If anyone, at any company, asks you to type a Social Security number into an ordinary web form, stop and call them.
