No separate startup fee. No desk fee. No monthly minimum. No MLS or REALTOR dues. You pay for your plan and nothing else, and the only difference between the plans is how much of each referral fee you keep. Applying is free and you pay after the broker approves you.

Applying costs nothing and charges nothing. All plans require broker approval and a signed Independent Contractor Agreement, and your first plan payment comes after Jonathan approves you, before we file your license with the DRE. Plan fees are non refundable.
The plan fee is small enough that the honest answer is all of them, on the first referral. The real question is what the split costs you at volume.
On a $4,000 referral fee, the difference between Basic and Pro is $400 in your pocket. Two referrals a year and Pro has already paid for the upgrade.

Start on Basic if you are not sure. You can move up at renewal, and we will tell you when the math says you should.
Know another agent letting a license go dormant? Send them our way. When they join and complete their first paid term, we pay you $350. There is no cap on how many agents you can refer.
Buying or selling your own property while you are hanging with us? That is a referral too. Paper it the same way and take your split.
Your California license lets you refer a client anywhere. A friend moving to Texas is a referral fee, and the receiving brokerage handles the transaction.
If you want to list property and represent buyers and sellers, the plans on this page are not the right fit. Active agent compensation is set by the broker based on your production and the support you need, and there is an onboarding fee. Apply and raise it in the interview and Jonathan will walk you through the options.
